WHAT TRAINING COURSES DO YOU OFFER AND HOW ARE THEY DELIVERED?

A full range of courses are available across many business sectors. Courses are offered for in house delivery. You can learn at a time and place that suits you which saves money and time on travel costs.

IS THERE A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ATTENDEES?

The maximum number of attendees per course is 12 persons. However, due to COVID-19 this number may be reduced due to classroom size to allow for social distancing during the course.

HOW DO I BOOK?

Please email mrspfirstaid@gmail.com with course requirements, number of attendees, location and your contact information. Mrs P will provide a tailored quote for your course requirements.

IS THE CERTIFICATION ACCREDITED?

All first aid at work courses meet the requirements under the HSE and awarding organisations and is available as a ProTrainings or Regulated Qualification.

DO I HAVE TO PAY IN ADVANCE?

Mrs P asks for all classes to be paid for in advance to secure your booking. Until payment is made the booking will not be guaranteed.

HOW DO I PAY?

Payment can be made via online bank transfer or cheque. You will receive a notification from Mrs P to confirm payment has been made and course confirmation.

I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND, CAN I HAVE A REFUND?

Mrs P First Aid does not offer refunds for booked courses, however, we understand things come up so if a reasonable notice period is given your training can be rearranged for another date.

WHAT COVID-19 MEASURES DO YOU HAVE IN PLACE?

Several measures are in place such as social distancing implemented throughout the course along with protective items such as hand sanitizer, face masks and individual student dressing packs provided. Pre-assessment questionnaires completed by students. Additionally courses are almost 100% paperless.
